This is an example Student Educational Involvement survey. This survey includes questions like:
- How often do you participate in classroom discussion?
- How often do you ask questions in class?
- How often have you met with your instructor outside of class to discuss coursework, theories, or information presented in class?
We hope this will help you create your own Student Educational Involvement survey. We
have not tested the validitiy or reliability of this survey. However, you may
use this as a starting point to help your own survey instrument. Feel free to
